Steel prop supporting system is used to support formwork system. The system composed by steel prop, tripod, fork and H20 beam, and then put the formwork panels on the H20 beam to make slab. The maxium loading on one single steel prop (2-4m) is 1.1 ton, the high capacity of loading gurantee the safety of the whole formwork system.

The weight of steel prop is 15kg, one worker can hold it easily, no need crane on site, so to save cost.

Easy set up

Use steel prop with tripod, fork and H20 beam together, the supporting system can be set up easily.

Strength

The material of steel prop is Q235, the maximum load of single prop is 1.1 ton, which can satisfy most of using. If request heavy weight supporting, just add the number of steel props to incease the density of supporting.

Package

The steel prop can packed seperately by pallet, easy for transportation.
