Using high pressure gas as power, it is composed of emitter, launch gas bottle, automatic gas-filling device, cork hoop, fish hook, rope etc. which can launch the rope, automatic gas-filling cork hoop or fish hook to the target safely and rapidly. It can be used for fire rescue, regimental police, rapids rescue, iceberg rescue, rope connecting between ship to ship, ship to coast, ropling cork hoop, fish hook etc.
