1)CCD camera
Use the color CCD image acquistion system to acquire the comprehensive information of red,
green and blue color ,the color sorter has the sensory ability of human eye,making better
selection of materials ,and satifying the requirements better.
The maximum resolution is up to 0.15mm, can accurately identify small defects and spots on
raw materials and the high-precison special lens ensures clear images.
2)Excellent rejection rate
Advanced image acquisition system intelligent image processing algorithms high quality
nozzle system equal to excellent elimination rate.
3) Touch Screen
Simple optical system design,precise automatic correction system,combined with the well
designed humanmachine interface to simplify the complexity of machine commissioning and use,
ensuring the simple operation and the machine is easy to learn and use.
4)LED Light
Led lighting system with radiato,long service life,low energy consumption,good performance.
Different raw materials require different spectra,we customize the light source according to the
need of customer.
5)Valve
For the different sizes and characteristics of material particle,use the solenoid valve of different
sizes.
6) Unique trough configuration
The special anodizing technology can ensure production volume as wel as conformity with the
international standard.
The machine can be equipped with cascade late and narrow chute channel to meet the color
sorting for various materials.
