EPE foam net production line
The main characteristics of EPE foam net production line are less input, high-output and quick return. It can produce 800000 to 1000000 pcs fruit net per day. It is features for its high output, high quality and high efficiency. Changing the molds, it can also produce all kind if foam sticks, foam pipe, foam sheet, etc.
EPE foam fruit net making machine mainly used the production of EPE sheet material, after thawing the LDPE resin mixed with butane gas, talcum powder, anti-shrinkage agents and other agents through the extruder and foaming from the die and die lip, then after setting ring fixed to the sheet size, the final product take-up by the roller.
Details
Extruder
1.Screw and barrel is refined from 38CrMnALA nitrided steel, under tempering and nitriding, surface hardess above HV1000, diameter 105mm, order processing site is Zhoushan, Zhejiang.
2. Heating coil is divided into two parts, plastics and cooling zones, plasticizing section with new energy-saving infrared heating ring, energy saving. Cooling section with explosion-proof cast aluminum heating ring, corrosion-resistant, leak-proof. Cooling method for cooling water dripping barrel surface, good cooling effect, easy to control the temperature, make equipment running more stable and reliable
Extruder head
Head is special foaming head, thickess of product is 0.3—6mm， width is 900—1600mm.(width could be made as customer request), with 2 dies(could be selectable)
Air-cooled sizing mill
1. Adopt changeable wellbore width control, ventilation and cooling tube. Equip with two sizing cylinder .
2. Removable wind ring 1 set
3.Cooling fan 2 sets, sizing drum fan 750w, air ring
blower 1100w, two fans are used in air compressor, the cooling effect is fully guaranteed.
4. Cutting using motor drive slitter.
Winder
1.Using inflatable winding shaft, effective length 1600mm.
2.Winder motor is two torque motor
3. Double station at winding table.
4. Can set length free, automatic measurement, auto flip to change station, rewinding shaft can be auto start/stop.
