cored wire machine:
A, Cored wire machine (main equipment)
It consists of mainframe, recoiler, operating floor.
1, mainframe:
Motor drags dynamic distributing shaft by speed reduce, distribute motive power to each vergens bevel gear case. Output shaft of bevel gear case pass through cycle chain, transmission shaft to make the roll shaft rotated, it makes the steel and alloy powder turn into qualified cored wire.
2, recoiler:
Motor drives the wire spin round the cycle, meanwhile, main transmission shaft pass through change gear, reversing gear make the wire spool rotate in positive and opposite directions and sway, achieve uniform discharge. There is speed structure inside the recoiler, the wire spool can move quickly if press the button in time of reversing gear is free.
3, operation floor:
It controls the electric part of the machine, such as start, operate, control, display, and stop.
