The Casting Roller is the key component of rolling machine.The qualified rollers need marvelous mechanical properties and heat transfer performance. Our company is skilled and pecialized in designing and producing casting roller and roller cover which are specially used in the production of Roll roll and Roll casting plate.
4.Product Description (cast rolling mill rolls)
The cast rolling mill roller core material used 42CrMo.
Roller cover material use special material: 32Cr3Mo1V.
We use scientific method to design various types of cast rolling mill rolls and cast rolling mill roller. Finished product own better quality and long service life.
