1. Rotary kiln Introduction
Raw meal is fed into kiln cylinder from the tail of the kiln tube end. Because the inclined kiln and slowly rotating, so the material to produce a rolling composite motion along the circumferential direction, and along the axial direction from the high-end to low-end mobile, raw material in the kiln through decomposition, sintering process, sintering cement clinker from low-end kiln discharge, into the cooling machine.
The fuel spray from kiln head into, burning in kiln, heat the material issued, the calcine raw material into the clinker, in exchange for the hot air during the formation of the material and heat, the kiln feed end into the kiln system (preheated and collector), and finally by the chimney into the atmosphere.
2.Delivery Scene
This isΦ2.5*40m rotary kiln, it is prepare transported to India. It is used for a copper production line. Besides domestic markets, our products have been exported to West Asia, Central Asia, Africa and Europe, winning praise from the government and trust from the society and customers.
3.Scene picture
This is a cement production line. It includes the crushing and pre homogenization, homogenization of raw material preparation, preheating decomposition, cement clinker, cement grinding, drying and packaging process.
