Bluestone Autoclave Sterilizer Diagram of Autoclave
The vertical cylindrical pressure steam sterilizer is installed with an electrical heater, an automatic pressure –temp. control, a safety valve, a releasing valve, indicators, an alarm bell for reminding when finish sterilization. It is ideal equipment for clinics, scientific research institutes and other organization to sterilizer surgical instruments, fabric, glasses, culture media etc.

1. Automatic exhausting cold air, heating and sterilization.
2. Sterilization time can be designed by user accord to different articles.
3. Indicator light indicates working condition. Heating will stop when a cycle completed.
4. Horizontal sliding door, self- bulge seal ring, operated easily.
5. Equipped with four foot wheels for easy movement of the unit.
6. Double scale indication pressure gauge
Safety Device of Bluestone Autoclave Sterilizer Diagram of Autoclave:
1. Over current protector
2. Automatic cut off power if the over temperature is surpassed.
3. Sliding door can't be open until pressure in the chamber exhausted.
4. Safety valve of auto release against overpressureIt opens when the designed pressure is surpassed.
5. Heat insulation dock shelter: the door is made of high performance heat insulation material to prevent the operator to be injured.
