Pulping and paper recycling:
The process of waste paper recycling involves mixing used paper with water and chemicals to break it down. It is then chopped up and heated, which breaks it down further into strands of cellulose, a type of organic plant material; this resulting mixture is called pulp, or slurry. It is strained through screens, which remove any glue or plastic that may still be in the mixture then cleaned, de-inked, bleached, and mixed with water. Then it can be made into new recycled paper.
Machine Structure:
1.Fourdrinier part: The length of fourdrinier part is 12m, vacuum couch roll Φ650mm×2150mm open style headbox, inner is bordered with stainless steel, drive by two homogenate roll, macromolecule water board, macromolecule anti-grinding faceplate, suction box 6 pieces. Roll: none slot roll with rubber covered. Frame: square frame is made of steel.
2.The press part: designed wringing device 1 set; two main press , Φ 650mm×2150mm 2 stone rolls, Φ 600mm×2150mm 2 rubber rolls; shore hardness 95°±2, and pneumatic compression device(standard height and moderate rubber roll)
3.The dryer part: Φ 1500mm×2150mm dryer cans 18 pcs. 2 of them are chroming, arrangement pattern: 12+size press+ 6. Pneumatic compression device. Equipped with pneumatic guide and electric mesh-fastener.
4.Winding part: 1760mm cylinder winding paper machine and paper rewinding machine.
5.Driving and controlling part: Using of AC frequency conversion and driving by step.
