Tri-color sorter machine suitable to wheat beans corns and other grains
1. The Color Sorter uses 2048 high-performance CCD image sensor with resolution up to 0.04mm2, to perceive the tiny color difference of material.
2.The Sorter adopts high quality special industrial lens,its working parameters according to the various materials color requirements, and optimize the optical path design, to ensure the each size has a perfect image on the image sensor.
3.The high speed DSP Digital image processing technology provides the sorter with fast detection and high identification rate.
4.According to the spectra characteristics and identification of characteristics of rice.specifically design flexibility and robustness of both special grain detection algorithm start from the spectra analysis to meet slight color detection to improve robustness, to avoid interference with other factors of material surface.
5.The main control system adopts ARM9 high-end embedded processor.it effectively enhances processor speed and color selection precision.
6.The machine adopts intelligent closed-loop control, industrial data bus line can ensure the reliability of the communication and control system, strong anti-interference ability.
7.Super 10 inch screen for color and black-and-white,more flexible in touch and quick in operation. Many setting modes to meet the demand for the more color sorting algorithm.
8.The professional high speed solenoid valve , with more speed and high frequency, low power consumption and longer service life.
9.Double sides cameras and multiple modes can adapt to different demands. and high stability,high precision and low carryover.
10.Using intelligent temperature and pressure control technology to ensure the machine runs in the best working condition.
