1.Q:Did you have any local office in Algeria?

A: No.If you are worry about the after-service, here is our warranty policy:

1. Our warranty period is one year.

2. Within the first year, if there is any fault caused by non-artificial reason, which can be repaired by the customers themselves, we can supply the spare parts free of charge. If there is any problem, which cannot be repaired by the customer themselves, the customer can resent the products to our factory for repairing free of charge, and the freight charge would be beared by the customer and our company two sides.

3. When out of the warranty period, if there is any problem, we can repair for the customers free of charge, we just charge for the spare parts at the cost itself, and the freight charge would be beared by the customers.

4. If there is any problem caused by human reason within the first year, the service would be the same as the service out of the warranty period.

5. As regards to the technical training, you can send persons to our factory to participate in the training, which would be 3 to 5 days generally. The training including equipment operation training and maintenance training.

If the customers cannot participate in the training, we can supply the training by the email, video and guide the customers to solve the problems online by telephone.

2.Q:We want to import it, but we have not any import/export license, so, please let us know how it will be materialized, so that we can get that instrument without any problem

A: As we will ship the product through express company like DHL/UPS, you don’t necessarily have any import/export license. The carrier/express will deliver the product to your office or your place and they will finish the custom clearance on behalf of you however you will have to provide supporting information or document, usually the PI, when necessary.
