Description
Keestar GK2200 single needle double thread chain stitch bag closer has walking foot feed system with alternate presser foot. It equipped with mechanical thread chain cutter, built-in a thumb oiler and its high sewing speed up to 1,700 spm, heavy duty capacity up to 9 mm (3/8 in.), 24 plies of paper, designed for closing all sorts of fill bags.
Keestar GK2200 is derivative from Union Special 2200A, all measurements are interchange into metric from inch and the whole machine is redesigned, only a part of parts could interchange with.The thumb oiler and manual oil spots formed the lubrication system, well lubricated will ensure the stability and reliability of the machine running under high sewing speed and heavy duty operate.It is the greatest differences between Keestar 2200 and prototype.
Keestar GK2200's special designed walking foot feed grips both sides of the bag like pincers, thus guaranteeing an even feed and constant stitch length even on difficult materials, no undersired stitch shortening or perforations on paper or plastic bags. It is special suitable for closing heavy duty bags, coated bags and bags with liner.
Keestar GK2200 adopt direct drive motor with fan cooled, the sewing speed will constant even different loads, motor housing with handle made of fiberglass-reinforced break-resistant polyamide. Built-in bag feed-in guide and finger guard makes the Keestar GK2200 up to high safety class. Weight only 5kg, light weight well-balanced machine perfectly fits the operator's hand permits effortless operation.
