♦Introduction♦
SL-130 round bottle labeling machine is applicable for labeling various round bottles made of glass,plastics,metal and so on with accurate positions.Also a coder can be mounted on it to print such identifications as production date,shelf life and product batch number. The machine adopts an intelligent control system and an optimized design,thun featured by easy use and stable performance. In particular it’s suitable for labeling and coding products with a small quantity but a great variety.

♦Descriptions for Control System♦
Labeling Power : to control the power swithch of the complete machine.
Coding Power: to control the power supply for the coder.
Coder Detection: to detect whether the coder works normally.
Coder Temp Control: to control the codes’s heating temperature.
Display screen: to display holding time,labeling time,pressing bottle time and single/double-label as well as function as a counter.

Keys for setting the time parameter; press the two keys at the same time for a second and the counter will set to zero automatically.
♦How to Install Label Tape and Adjust its Tightness♦
1. Release the handle of the press belt and wind the label tape in accordance with label tape winding draming; clamp the label tape head with a U-type clip and then compress the handle of the press belt.
2. The label tape’s tightness must be moderate as a too tight tape may be broken while a too loose one may have an impact on the labeling position. The micro-pressure block’s pressure and the break band’s tightness can be adjusted in accordance with actual conditions.
3. The waste tape’s tightness can be adjusted through the hex socket screw on the tape winding wheel.
♦How to Adjust Rotary Torque of Bottle♦
Adjust the distance between drive and driven rollers in accordance with the bottle’s outer diameter; and then adjust the pressure of the press roll for pressing bottle; the pressure value is subject to the smooth detachment of the label and no slipping of the bottle during labeling.
♦How to Attach a Lable♦
1. Adjust the longitudinal position of the bottle detecting photoelectric coupling and the label to make the label on the accurate position to be labeled on the bottle.
2. Sitch on Labeling Power: if coding is needed,switch on Coder Power and Coder Temp Control (See Instructions for details on operating the codder ).
3. Set pressing bottle time, holding time and labeling time on the control panel as required. In case of double-label,it’s necessary to set the interval. After setting all parameters,put in the bottle and the machine will label the bottle automatically.
