Introduction

The head of gear pump is driven by magnetic force. Since there is no connection between the pump head and the electrical machine by axle, it is unnecessary to worry about burnout of electrical machine caused by damage and leakage of shaft seal or too high load of the pump;
The head of gear pump and the electrical machine are imported from Japan, and other components are manufactured in Taiwan, with reliable and stable performance, together with long service life;
The head of gear pump is 316L manufacturing, with strong acid-resisting and alkali-resisting, as well as corrosion resisting;
Usethe frequency converter for startup and brake, the potentiometer is used to adjust revolution of the electrical machine with the filling time correcting to 0.01s, so as to ensure accuracy of filling, with the error less than 2%;
The filling volume can be adjusted from 5ml to infinite quantity;
It has complete functions, which can be filled manually with pedals, and can also filled with automatic interval, with time adjustable;
It has a wide use. Almost all flowing liquid can be filled, especially applies to filling of oils, scrubbing solution, acid and alkali liquid, high-corrosivity liquid.
