Hand-operated sprayer crimp tool, widely used for perfume bottle sprayer.
Made of stainless steel, durable and sustianable.
13mm type can crimp diameter from 12.8-13mm
15mm type can crimp diameter from 14.8-15mm
20mm type can crimp diameter from 19.5-20mm

- This perfume bottle crimping machine is widely used in perfume industry, where small and medium scale production is required.
- Put bottle under capping head, hold it by hand; capping operation only in hand, easy & flexible;
- Customized manual crimper is available as per our customers' specific request.
2.Put the sprayer onto the opening
3. Use the Crimp tool to cap it
4. Gently press and gripping
5. Make sure the sprayer is tight
6. Set up the nozzle
7.If the rolling cover is not tight at the first time,you could adjust nozzle, Clockwise to loose, Counter-clockwise screw is tight
