3.Working principle of charcoal briquetting press machine
Egg ball press machine through reducer simultaneously transmitted the power to two pressure rollers and made them rotated in opposite directions. In two pressure rollers rotation, materials naturally enter into the ball molds on pressure roller and materials pressure vary from small to large with the rotation of the pressure roller. 4.Industrial requirements of charcoal briquetting press machine
1.Particle size between 90-260 mesh.
2.Material is not allowed with any metal object, otherwise it will damage the skin surface of the roll.
3.Feeding supply must meet, it's better to use adjust screw feeder and observe the feedback materials to adjust the supply of new material.
4.Before feeding, it needs a few circles empty operation to prevent feeding too much causing the gear and motor overload and roller broken.
