Introduction of wood charcoal carbon stove carbonization furnace
- Carbonizing is also know as dry distillation, this is a process of turning solid fuel into charcoal in a thermal chemical process.
- In this process solid fuel, such as wood, coal are decomposed into gas(coal gas), liquid(tar oil), and solidity(charcoal/coke). The final tar oil and gas are overflow from the charring stove(can recycle)and the charcoal should remove by manual labor out the stove.
1.Wood charcoal carbonization furnace in high carbonization rate and high output charcoal.
2.Energy saving,1000 kg charcoal only need 30kg firewood or 15kg liquid gs for heating the carbonization furnace.
3.Smokeless, For our carbonization furnace have little pollution, because our wood charcoal carbonization furnace have purification tank and 95% smoke will be reuse for heating the stove again.

How does carbonization stove make charcoal?
The surface of wood (bamboo, wood briquette, nut shell, etc) will ignite spontaneously in the hypoxic condition. And this spontaneous combustion will produce heat. This heat and the external heat source will heat the stove at the same time, when the temperature reach 280 degree, the chemical structure of the wood will be changed by the hightemperature, and after long time heating, changing and decomposing, then we will get the black charcoal, combustible gas, and wood tar.
The inputting of wood briquettes
| 1. Open the cover of the furnace 2. Drop the circular stove out of the furnace, and lay it at certain region for inputting briquettes.. 3. Open the cover of circular stove (inner pot) , and tilt it for inputting coconut shell 4. When finish the inputting of coconut shell, cover the circular stove, and put it into the carbonization furnace, then lay some fine sand along the circular stove for insulation. 5. Open the three outlet flue, and cover the furnace, along the roof of which lay some fine sand for insulation, and begin the process of carbonization. |

The ending of carbonization process | At the ending of this process, stop carbonization by regulating the chimney valve. |
Insulation and cooling | Open the cover of furnace, and block the outlet flue of circular furnace, sealing it with fine sand, and getting the circular furnace out for cooling. |
Carbonizing circularly | Input another circular stove (inner pot) with briquettes beginning the second circulation of carbonization according the above way and technology. |
Out getting of charcoal | When the charcoal is cool down, open the cover of circular furnace for out getting |
