Introduction of straw fuel briquette machine
Straw Briquette machine is designed for straw (sawdust) which have large volume and low density material to press tightly. This machine adopts Piston punching theory. First, crush raw material of straw. Second, they will be sent to pre-press room through screw conveyor. When piston comes back, material will be pre_pressed in compression tube, and then piston goes forward to make materials into die. After that material will be sent to forming tube and cooled. Finally, they will be cut and packed.
Raw Material
Specification of straw fuel briquette machine
1 The moisture content of raw material should between 7% and 12%.
2 The size of raw material should under 5mm.
3 Good suppression of the stick in burning large heat quantity and non-pollution, finished briquette can be round, square, etc. 30-100 mm in diameter.
4 The briquettes can be used to heat boiler, fireplace etc., for warm in house.
It can be used as charcoal powder briquette machine by replacement of some
spare parts.
