Features

  

 

  1. Dual hydraulic cylinder, Opening height 400mm, stroke 250mm, height between working table and ground 900mm.
  2. Norminal force 3KN+3KN(control separately), hand operation, double button operation.
  3. Put component on jig → push double hand operation start switch → Ram descent at normal speed → Ram descent at slow speed when slow down sensor "ON" → press fit end "ON" + pressure switch"ON"= Timer start ( holding time 0-10s adjustable), Empty speed  50-204mm/s adjustable, Work  10-59mm/s adjustable, Return  50-126mm/s adjustable
  4. Cycle time (30sec Max): Manual operation 5sec, machine time 25sec.
  5. Pressure adjustable in 0.1-3T, working pressure 10Mpa.
  6. It has light in the button box area. And it has LCD.
  7. The red singal light and a buzzer will be indicated at the time of unusual occurrence, and LCD also will be indicated at that time.
  8. There are three type switch fot selection of ram, No1 ram move, No2 ram ram, Both ram move.
  9. If select both both ram so during operation troubled ram should not go down and ok ram should work properly.
  10. The start switch is made of toth hands push button with the guard ring.
  11. There is a photoelectric protection in front of equipment, and cover other three sides with PET.
  12. It should shand by in that place at the time of photoelectric protection covering, and warn by the signal light, buzzer and LCD. A movement reverts if both hands start button is pushed after a covering thing was moved and reset button was pushed.
  13. The pressure gauge, pressure control valve, pressure switch should be in the position where the worker can adjust and confirmation easily.
  14. The pressure gauge shows"Mpa", LCD shows"Ton"
  15. 3phase, 4wire 380-420V 50Hz.
