The cylinder model for multiple power cylinder, fully use the compressed air source, large output, multilayer piston combination, to increase output, suitable for short stroke and high output and oil free operation occasions
This pneumatic cylinder has several pistons inside to obtain multiply output pressure,it attaches multiple pistons to a common shaft and provides internal air passages through the shaft to all pistons.thus, when shop air pressure is applied to the extend port, all pistons are pressurized simultaneously enabling tremendous thrust force to be abtained.
we can make one piston,two pistons,three pistons till five pistons pneumatic cylinder for you,when use two pistons force will be doubled,three pistons force will be tripled and so on.so this multiple pneumatic cylinder has much bigger force than common pneumatic cylinders. different stroke and cylinder diameter are available.
How it works
JULY-air attaches multiple pistons to al common shaft and provides internal air passages through the shaft to all pistons. thus , when shop air pressure is applied to the extend port, all pistons are pressurized simultaneously enabling tremendous thrust forces to be obtained.
