The history of waste lubricating oil regeneration technology is about several decades since 1970s and 1980s
in China. It encounters many difficulties and opportunities and the development experienced up and down, but
it made a lot of progress. Its development is as follows:
I. The development of technology
Waste lubricating oil regeneration goes through several steps
1. The simple refining phase
In 1970s and 1980s, some stateowned or collective enterprise collected their waste lubrication oil to recyle it
by a simple refining process for their own use. It includes filtration, sedimentation or acid-bases treatment.
2.Simple distillation+Refining
In 1990s, Chinese enterprises start to use simple distillation and refining for oil reuse. The simple distillation is
to vacuumize by water and steam. The vacuum degree can reach at thousands Pa at maximum, even ten thou
sands Pa. It’s workable way if the used oil condition is not so bad. However, along with the varieties increase of
lubrication additives, the simple distillation cannot produce the qualified oil and has limitation. The initial refinin
g process is acid-bases treatment and then high temperature white clay refining and the solvent refining.
3 High vacuum distillation-complex refining
With the development of the vacuum technology, high vacuum unit technology’s maturity, people start to use
high vacuum technique. The high vacuum will reduce the distillation temperature to below 300 degree, so the
quality of the treated oil is raised obviously, and the refining starts develop to the complicated way.
II. Our company’s manufacturing technique
Waste oil regeneration technology mainly formed of four parts: pretreatment + distillation + refining + reconciliation.
Pretreatment: flocculation + filtration.
Distillation: air distillation + reduced pressure distillation + high vacuum distillation.
Refining: acid-base clay refining or solvent refining
Reconciliation: can supply lube or transformer oil etc.’s reconcile solutions.

5. Waste Diesel Recycling Distillation Plant Features
1.This continuous oil distillaiton plant can working continuous non-stop for about 30 Days
2.The whole system have pre-heating system, this system use exhaust gas (produced by coal or wood burining to heat distillaiton plant )to heating raw oil before raw oil go into distillaiton reactor. This preaheating sytem can save fuel in great degree and saving heating time .
3.This continuous oil distillaiton plant is environmental protection.
The plant have advance dedust and desulfer system ,wich can keep the smoke go into sky non-polution.
