Introduction of the Biomass Briquette Machine:
Sawdust charcoal making machine is a reliable way to make profit from agriculture forestry wastes. Due to the increase of the conventional fuel cost, the awareness of using eco-friendly and bio-fuel is increasing day by day .wood charcoal making machine can make sawdust into wood stick, in order to make wood charcoal.
Raw materials:
Our briquetting press can produce hollow hexagonal or quadrangular cylinder briquettes with different diameters from agriculture forestry wastes, such as sawdust, wood chips, branches, crop stalks, sugarcane residue, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, bamboo dust, palm husk, soybeans husk, tea waste, etc.
Requirement of the raw material:
1.For using material of two or more types. It should be mixed in suitable form.
2.Size: smaller than 5mm, if the material can not achieve the requirement, it should be crush first.
3.Moisture: 8-12%, If raw material has high moisture it should be reduced by Sun drying or using flash dry.

Working principle of Pellet machine:
Pellet machine is one of the biomass molding equipment.
It can make powdered biomass materials into pellets.
The starting materials for the production of pellets are pressed by the pressing roller in the matrix.
Due to the pressure and friction in the matrix, the starting materials are heated to a high temperature (nearly 60~80 °C). As a result of pressure and temperature increasing, the materials were compressed into pellets. The output pellets will have very high strength after cooling.
