Automatic palletizer for empty can
This machine is specially designed for palletizing operations of empty tinplate and aluminum cans. By mesh-conveyor, cans are collected and aligned automatically. According to empty can palletizing size, empty cans are separated and aligned, by special can separation device. Then they are palletized on pallet from bottom to top and by layer, and then being conveyed by conveyor to automatic film wrapping machine for wrapping. During the whole palletizing process, pallets are automatically delivered, fed and lifted up. Cans are separated automatically and palletized, automatically descended, conveyed and film wrapped automatically. This machine can replace manual work, saves manpower and greatly enhances production efficiency.

Perfect configuration structure 
1. Automatic pallet dispenser
Automatic dispensing of empty pallet.  By short chain conveyor, it is conveyed to main chamber for palletizing empty cans.
2.Positioning device of pallet
By using lever principle and air pressure cylinder set and positioning device consisting of micro switch, detects correct positioning of empty pallet while entering palletizer pallet elevation unit. It will also detect the correct positioning of palletized pallet when it descends.
3.Automatic can separation device
By mesh-conveyor, cans are collected and aligned automatically. Then, according to various packaging requirements for palletizing, by using special can separation device, empty cans are separated and aligned per required empty can 

 palletizing size. Fast and accurate can separation is adaptable to various kinds of cans. 
4.Pallet lifter for main chamber
Pallet lifter is to lift empty pallet to the correct height for can palletizing, with automatic accurate positioning. After palletizing first layer of empty cans, pallet is descended to the lower height allowing second layer of cans to be palletized until it is fully palletized. All up and down lift operations are controlled by self-lock lift system, with PLC, photoelectric switch and limit switch. Adjustment of up and down elevation speed is available to meet operation requirements.
5.Transfer device for layered cans
By using air pressure cylinder and motor device, layer of aligned empty cans is steadily held and transferred to pallet and then returning to standby position for next cycle until whole pallet is full. All actions are controlled by photoelectric switch to ensure steady transfer and accurate positioning resulting in compact layer and neat appearance.
6.Conveyor for full pallet
Full pallet conveyed through conveyor (long chain), is steadily transferred to automatic film wrapper. Conveyor motor is controlled by an inverter, which enable gradual acceleration from stop status during transferring, avoids topple of cans due to sudden start.
