Features and application

  CJF series laboratory magnetic stirring reaction kettle is gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid or gas-liquid-solid three-phase chemical material for chemical reaction stirring device. It can make all kinds of chemical material sufficiency stirred at high pressure, vacuum, temperature to strengthen the mass transfer and heat transfer processes.

This device mainly adopts static sealing structure, there is a magnetic coupling connected the agitator and motor. Due to its non-contact transmission torque, with static seal replaced dynamic seal, can completely solve the leakage problem in stirring, makes whole media and mixing parts completely in absolute sealed state in working. Therefore, our small autoclave is more suitable for all kinds of stirring reaction such as inflammable, explosive, toxic, precious media and other chemical medium of strong penetration which is the ideal non-leak reaction equipment to vulcanization, fluorination, oxidation in petroleum, chemical, organic synthesis, polymerization of polymer materials, food and other technology.
