KD Glass Reaction Tank for Lab Use

Brief introduction

This series reactor is a new type glass reaction kettle which is produced by our company according to customer's actual requirements and new standards. It absorbs the advantages of similar products at domestic and abroad, and also bold innovation. It is not only using convenient (one person can easily move, operation, clean, installation, dis-assembly), but also the structure is novel and practical, shape nice, lead in China.

It's the ideal laboratory equipment for experiment and production in modern chemistry, fine chemicals, bio-pharmaceuticals, new materials synthesis and so on.

Heating principle
Through the heating coil in the tank heat the transfer medium-water or oil heating, (or heating the kettle body by heating mantle directly). Then the transfer medium pass its hot energy to reaction materials in the kettle. Constant temperature heating and stirring can proceed simultaneously. Materials for the reaction in the reactor, and can control the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution.

Technical parameter

1. Voltage: 110V or 380V is available.

2. Mixing power, torque can be customized according to customers demands.

3. Refrigeration components are optional.

4. 100L oil bath reactor voltage is 380V/50HZ, but we not have 100L heating jacket type reaction kettle.
