1. Reactor, the main engine of our machine

2. The heating way
A. The height of stove door is depending on the height of reactor. If the height is less than 4m, it can have one stove door, if the height is above 4m, it will have two or three stove doors.
B. The combustion flue, the technique is very advanced, it makes use of all the energy and it can save energy.
C. The side of combustion flue, through the jet flue, and make the gas burned. It makes the gas use as fuel, and it can save more fuel.
D. The fuel can use as coal, crude oil and gas.
3. The catalyst room
It is the very important part of the unit. It can speed up the pyrolysis way of the wasted tires. And catalyst is our special formula, if you buy our machine, we will offer the catalyst for you. The normal one is single bucket, but our machine is using the double buckets. It can make use for long time.
4. The oil water separator
A. Purify oil gas with recycling water.
B. Water sealing design guarantees that the tail gas can not go back to reactor so keep machine safe.
C.Separate heavy oil and water.
D.Make heavy oil go into first oil tank.
5.Negative pressure device
A. Guarantee that the machine is working under normal pressure. Keep our machine safe.
B. Guarantee that there is no gas running out from reactor when you are feeding.
Lengthen the service life of reactor.
6. Safety device
Recycle tail gas to furnace. It is environmental protection and saves your fuel.
Water sealing design guarantees that the tail gas cannot go back to reactor and accessories so that keep machine safe.
There are two automatic relief valves, one is besides feeding port and one is beside catalyst chamber.
There is an automatic alarm beside catalyst chamber. If the pressure reaches a certain level it alarms. You can open the valve by workers or our automatic relief valves will reduce the pressure.
7. Environment friendly
A. Well water dusting system can avoid black smoke.
B. The exhaust gas will be recycled for heating reactor, no gas pollution
C. Every junction of the reactor is in good sealing situation with professional sealing material.
8. Working process
Automatic feed → catalyst cracking → oil-water separation → cooling to liquid → crude oil → tail gas recycle → dust removal
It needs 2-3 hours to fully feed raw materials by auto-feeder.
2 hours after feeding, it begins to extract oil and lasts 10 hours.
It needs 2 hours to take out carbon black and steel wire.
The time for cooling reactor is 1 hour.
