Thin tofu sheet pouring
Pouring pulp machine consist of rack, front & rear rollers, conveyor belt, pouring syrup bucket, upper & lower roll rack, transmission device and folding cart, etc. Pour uncongealed bean curd, slushing, forming, and folding. It can produce thin tofu sheet.
Bean product screw press
The equipment made of screw rod, clamp, transmission device, controller, and the moving crane.
Dried tofu clothes-peeling machine
The machine consist of top & bottom brush roller, top & bottom cloth roller, conveyor belt and driving device. It can peel the dry bean curd out of top & bottom covering cloths.

1. how long the soybean should be soacking ?
Answer: It depends on the soybean type, temperature and geographical location. But we will suggest to soaking it 12 to 14 hours usually.
2. how mach water should be mixed during the grinding.
Answer: Different customer has different tasting, some likes strong, and some like light. We suggest input 7 – 10 kgs water for 1kg dry soybean.
3.how many kilogram soy milk can be product by 1 kg dry soybean, and how many tofu can be output ?
Answer: usually 1 kg dry soybean can product 8 kgs soy milk, and can product 3 kgs old tofu, and product 5 kgs fresh tofu.
Noted: actually there is no standard answer for this question, it all depends on the operator’s skill.
4. how can I install and test the machine ?
Answer: all our machines has been tested before we shipping out, and all machines are completed during the shipping, the buyer will received whole set machine.
5. how long the quality insurance your company provide?
Answe: we provide one year quality insurance, except the comsumption parts, like strainer, heater, fuse and so on.
6.how can I separate the soya and soya okara?
Answer: our TGM series machine is designed automatic separating the soya and soya okara, two exit designed. The okara will be throw away during the machine running by weight, and soy milk will runoff to storage tank.
