The 8th generation machine

1. Reactor: there are 5/8/10/12 tons per day.

Reactor directly decides the machine's safety and service life. It is made by 

Q245R/Q345R boiler steel. And we use automatic welding machine, X rays detection 

and heating treatment which will not only guarantee the quality of welding but also greatly 

improve working efficiency.

2. Cooling systems: 8th generation uses 4 condensers.  

(1)Two vertical condensers. There are 54 small pipes inside each condenser. 

Each height is 2.5m.

(2)Two horizontal condensers. There are 66 small pipes inside each condenser. 

So the cooling area is big enough and cooling length is 3m. So the oil yield rate can reach48-57%.

SAFETY

1. With an auto welding machine for the reactor, it can not only greatly improve working efficiency

 but also guarantee the quality of welding seam, thus avoid explosion caused by gas leak.

2.Professional heating treatment and x-ray are especially for welding.

3.Professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve.

4. It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas(C1 to C4) without any safety measures. In our process, it is transferred first through the 

safety device and a safety spray gun. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.

5.Anti-block device. It can prevent the block in the reactor.

POLLUTION FREE

1. Effective water de-dusting system can avoid black smoke.

(1)De-sulfurization de-duster. If you use coal to heat up the reactor, there will be sulfur in the smoke. So in it, there is 

lime water to neutralize the sulfur.

(2)Water film cyclone which can remove the smoke and ash.  

2. The exhaust gas will be recycled for heating reactor, little gas pollution.  

3. Every junction of the reactor is in good sealing situation with professional sealing material.

4.Waste solid. The solid residua will be left in the reactor. Its main component is black carbon. I

t can be the raw material industrial black carbon. Also could be mixed with the pulverized coal 

ash as raw material in thermal power plant, also could be the raw material of pulverized coal ash 

brick (one kind of environmental protective building material).

LONG SERVECE LIFE

1.Material: Q245R/Q345R boiler steel ,thickness 14mm/16mm.

2.Welding: Automatic welding machine with heating treatment and x-ray detection willprolong the service life of reactor to the maximum.

3.The service life of the reactor will be 8 years.
