Gypsum Rotary Dryer Application:
Rotary dryer can dry many kinds of materials which contain moisture, such as Gypsum, Coal, Coal Slurry, Slag, Silica Sand, Mill Scale, Alumonum Powder, Fly Ash. Industrial Waste and Clay Stone. Rotary Dryer are widely used in Building Materials, Metallurgy and Chemical Industry. Rotary Dryer is handling by bringing it into direct contact with a heated gas. The dryer is made up of a large, rotating cylindrical tube,the dryer slopes slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the dryer under.
Gypsum Rotary Dryer Feature:
Rotary Dryer is mainly composed of cylinder, under frame, feeding and discharging devices,transmission device, gear cover, etc. (Optional auxiliary equipment includes combustion chamber, feeder and discharging device, and dust collection equipment). Rotary drier manufactured by us adopts new lifting plate, which is of functions like guiding, current-sharing, and material rising. The materials are raised and evenly drop so that they are in full contact with heat for better drying efficiency. Our rotary drier is designed with the best working conditions, which enables it to save 10-15% of energy and increase 10-15% of productivity compared with common dryers.
Gypsum Rotay Dryer Working Principle:
Wet material is input from one end of the dryer, under the copy board flip of the inner cylinder cloth, material is uniformly distributed and dispersed in the dryer, and fully contacts with the hot air stream (countercurrent) to speed up the drying heat transfer, and mass transfer driving force. During the drying process, the material in the copy board and the hot gas stream with the inclination of the role, it can regulate movement to another section star-like discharge valve to discharge the finished products.
