Iron ore reduction machine manufacturer
Introduction of Iron ore reduction machine :
Iron ore reduction machine is mainly used in metallurgy industry such as ironworks to magnetize and calcine the lean iron ore, chromium ore and ferronickel ore. And be applied in refractory production to sinter bauxite with high alumina and aluminum factory to calcine clinker and aluminum hydroxide. It can also be used in chemical plant to calcine chrome sand ore and chrome powder ore.

Iron ore reduction machine working principle:
(1)With a certain slope to the level, the whole kiln body is supported by rollers and fitted with thrust rollers to control up and down movement of the kiln body.
(2) Besides main driving unit for driving system, it is also fitted with the auxiliary driving unit so as to ensure the kiln body still can rotating when the main motor is powered off and prevent it from deforming.
(3) The kiln head adopts housing type sealing and kiln rear uses axial contact sealing unit so that reliability of sealing could be ensured.
In rotary kiln, under high temperature of 800~900°C, and with help of reducing agent of coal, Fe2O3 is reduced into Fe3O4. In this process, attached water and crystal water in the ore is firstly removed. The main Physicochemical process are as follows:
Fe2O3·nH2O(H2O)+ heat → Fe2O3·nH2O + H2O↑
(removing attached water)
Fe2O3·nH2O + heat → Fe2O3 + nH2O↑
(removing crystal water)
C + 6Fe2O3 → 4Fe3O4 + CO2↑ + heat
(reduction magnetization)
