2016 China woodworking machine MH1352/1 Single side hydraulic composer series
Properties:
1. It is featured by stable movement, large pressure and uniform pressing by adopting the hydraulic principle, and can prevent reverse warping by exerting pressure above or in front of workpiece, making gluing of laminated timber flat and perfect.
2. A pressure maintaining or supplementing mechanism in the hydraulic system provides continuous gluing pressure and is good for improvement of quality.
3. Presser feet in the front can move left and right entirely according to specifications of workpieces.
4. A-shaped clamp carrier has two working faces, each of which can operate independently,
enjoying high efficiency and safe and reliable operation.
Characteristics:
1.This machine adopts hydraulic principals characterized by a stable motion speed,huge pressure and still pressing.High density braced sheeting as back worktop and pressure from the above
and front can prevent the curved angle and make the board glued completely.Low sanding and high output.
2.According to different working specifications(length or thickness),system pressure can be
adjusted according to different pressure required.And there is pressure-supplement system,
which ensure the continuous pressure.
