1.Pretreatment process of cotton seed oil expeller equipment/oil press
Oil seeds→cleaning→stones removal→magnetic selection→cracking→softening→flaking→cooking→to oil press/extraction workshop.
2.Extraction process
Oil cake→extraction with solvent→mixed oil→evaporation→evaporation→steam-stripping→crude oil
3.Refining process of cotton seed oil expeller equipment/oil press
Crude oil→degumming, washing, drying →decolorization →deacidification →deodorization →refined oil
Specifics of cotton seed oil expeller equipment/oil press
(1).Cleaning:Remove the raw material peanut in various impurities, such as: iron, stones, clump, such as the plant leaf, clean up after the raw material peanut impurity content should not exceed 0.2%.
(2). Softening: The purpose of softening is to adjust the moisture and temperature of oil, and make it soft.
(3).Flaking process: Rolling raw material into flakes, and the purpose is to increae surface area, destroy the peanut cell tissue, shorten the way of oil out from cake.
(4).Cooking process: use steam cooking, inject direct steam and cook the flakes to meet the requirement of oil press.
(5). Pre-press: Press the flakes to leave about 16%-18% in the cake. The cake will go to extraction process.
(6).Filteration: using vibration filter to filter the crude oil to remove the impurities.
