2016 new technology castor oil processing equipment with ISO,CE

Oil production line processing flow:

First, cotton seeds experiences some woking procedures, cleaning, flaking, cooking, expelling, in the pretreatment plant;

cotton seed→ magnetic box → cleaning →flaking → oil pressing → oil filtration→ extraction plant.

Then,the pre-pressing cotton seeds cake goes to leaching workshop to finishing leaching;

Solvent
↓
extractor → miscella → 1st, 2nd evaporation → stripper → crude cotton oil
↓
Wet meal → DTDC toaster → cotton cake.

Finally,the crude oil needs to be refined to get refining cotton seeds oil, after degumming, deacidification, decoloration, dewaxing, deodorization.

Crude cotton oil → degumming ,deacidification→ decolorization →deodorization → refined corn oil.

2.Solvent Extracting:
Brief processes:
Fresh Solvent--Cake--Extracting--Wet Meal--Desolventising--Meal--Miscella--Evaporating and stripping--Solvent mixture--Condensing and Recovering--Crude Oil--Solvent Recycling--Refining Workshop.

Functions of main parts:
Extracting:To extract the oil in the cake by solvent, the general solvent is 6# extraction solvent oil or commercial hexane.
Desolventising:To remove and recover the solvent in the meal; Dry and cool down the meal at the same time.
Evaporating and stripping:Heating the the miscella by indirect steam, so that can vaporize the solvent and concentrate the miscella.
Solvent recycling: This process is to recover the solvent, decrease solvent comsuption, keep safety prodution and improve product quality.

3. Crude oil refining process: 

(1) Purpose :Oil refining is according to the different usage and requirements , utilizing the physical
methods and chemical processes to get rid of the harmful impurities and needless substance in the
crude oil , getting some standard oil . Our oil refining machine is suitable for refining various crude
vegetable oil, such as sunflower seed oil, tea seed oil, groundnut oil, cottonseed oil, palm oil, rice
bran oil, soybean oil, corn oil and palm oil, etc.

(2)main parts:refining pot , decoloration pot ,deodorization pot , oil pumps and other parts

(3) Advantage:a.After refining the impurity of oil must be less than 0.2% ;
