Environmental protection equipment
1, the exhaust gas
Equipment during the operation of the exhaust gas is divided into two parts. Through a pipe from the remaining portion of the waste heat acting on the multi-distillation, thermal wet dust after finished countercurrent column, the treated exhaust fumes can reach GB13271 - 2001 emission standards. Another part of the non-condensable gas can pass retardant liquid seal nozzle return cracker and gas as fuel combustion, it is necessary to eliminate the air pollution, but also saves energy.
2, waste
Oil in the process, will produce some acidic wastewater (to produce 1 ton of oil will produce about 50 kg waste, the amount is small, easy to handle). By adding a weak lye, put the neutral water through the filter to reach harmless discharged into special evaporation processor (its heat of the flue of main processor heat), wet dust by countercurrent tower treatment compliance emissions, so that the cracker can provide energy, but also solve the problem of pollution.
3, waste solids
By catalytic pyrolysis of waste plastics, there will be some solid residues, waste plastic weight about 5% to about 10.
