Technology Introduction
Currently the biodiesel technology we adopt and design is glycerinum esterification technology.
This treatment technology is newly developed by our company, which can meet high quality standards of biodiesel and have many advantages such as fast reaction speed, high conversion rate, vitriol not required to be catalyst,sulphur controlled below 10ppm, small corrosivity to equipments, zero waste water discharge and others. The research of this technology changed the record of using heterogeneous catalyst in old technologies,breaking the history of only having national standard biodiesel but no European standard biodiesel.
Production technology is divided into five steps: pretreatment, esterification, interesterification, biodiesel refining and glycerinum refining.
Henan Asia-pacific Energy Technology Cooperation at present has annual output of 50,000 tons of bio-diesel project. In 2006, Henan Province Development and Reform Commission has been classified as "Eleventh Five-Year" key development projects and 50 high-growth enterprises in Henan Province’s straw oil use conversion project was listed as a key development projects "Twelve five" period. Currently under the guidance of the lead and Energy Bureau of Henan Province, Henan Asia-pacific Energy Technology Cooperation and China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation reached a strategic cooperation agreement on the upcoming annual planning and construction of more than 500,000 tons of bio-diesel project.
