The whole process of the corn oil making machine can be divided into three workshop :the pretreatment processing workshop , the solvent extraction processing workshop , and the oil refinery processing workshop .
Detail description of corn oil processing machine and corn oil machine and corn oil making machine
1 the pretreatment process
corn seeds-processing section --corn germ ----cleaning process (cleaning sieve) --pressing the corn germ first time (to get the most oil in the corn germ) --the cake with residual oil --go to solvent extraction workshop
2 the solvent extraction process
the corn cake with residual oil from pretreatment process --solvent extractor --condenser( solvent cooling for recycling usage) --solvent seperate ---crude oil ( go to refinery workshop ) -- cake ( go to cake warehouse )
3 the refinery process
crude corn germ oil ---degumming , washing and drying section --dewaxing section --decoloring section --deodorization section -acid stripping section--degreasing section--clean rice bran oil for cooking
