What is the Refinery ?
It is a process of wiping off the impurities from the crude oil .
Compose of impurities in the crude oil
- Mechanical Impurities: This impurities will not dissolve in the oil and fat . They are main silt , meal ,fiber ,grass and other solid impurities .
- Fat soluble impurities : free fatty acid , pigment , tocopherol , Hydro carbons , Wax , Ketone , and trace metal etc
The process of Soybean Oil Extraction Machine
1.Decolour tank is for bleaching grease.
2.Deodorizing tank is for desdorizing grease(stainless steel).
3.Conducting oil furnace provide thermal enery need for production, the temperature reach to 280degree.
4.Vacuum pump provides vacuum for bleaching, deodorization which can reach 755mmHg or more;
5.Air compreassor can dry the bleached clay
6.Air press is for filter clay
7.Steam generator can generate steam distillation required.
8.This kind of oil refining eqiupment make the oi reach the standard level national edible oil.
The oil grade after refinery
One grade oil after Degumming to Dewaxing No smell, Good taste
Two grade oil after Degumming to Deodorization No smell, Good taste
Three grade oil after Degumming ,Deacidification
Four grade oil after Degumming, Has the inherent sunflower oil taste and smell, no odor.
