→ Pressing → Settlement →Crude oil

Prepressed cake→Secondary pressing→Extraction plant
Cleaning Process
Use vibration cleaning sieve and magnetic selector to get better cleaning effect. The dedusting system uses single union cyclone and centrifugal fan to remove dust effectively, so as to to ensure workshop hygiene and clear light impurities
Crushing Process
Flaking Process
Hydraulic compact roller flaker is used to ensure thin and uniform flake,with high toughness and small powder.
Cooking Process: use vertical cooker
Pressing Process
Use ZX32 oil press for secondary pressing to increase oil recovery,and the residual oil in cake is £ 7%
Crude Oil Filter
First, use clarifying oil tank for primary settlement and filtering, and then use plate filter for fine filtration. Try to reduce the cake residue in crude oil to ensure the following deguming effect.
