A. Pretreatment process of edible oil refinery mill

heat treatment and conditioning treatment known as pretreatment.

the flow is following: 

seed → Metering→Winnowing → Husking→Flaking→cook→Pressing

Adopt the Prepress machine 202, squeeze out some oil from the high oil content in seeds, then the meal will be send to extraction plant.  

Dry meal is loose but not broken, it is easy to solvent penetration, 

Residual oil rate is low, Low operating cost

B.oil extraction process :

seed cake→Extraction→Wet meal→Evaporation→Cooling→Product meal packing

   ↓

Mixed oil→Filter→Negative pressure evaporation →  Crude oil

    ↓

         Solvent recovery

C.  oil refining process

seed Oil → water washing and alkali refining→ dephosphorization deguming→decoloration→  

continuous deodorization→ to fractionation and dewaxing workshop
