Technology Process of tung seed oil machine
Palm fruit, palm kernel, coconut, cashew, avocado, tiger nut, peanuts, rapeseeds, soybeans, castor oil plant, sesame seeds, benne seeds, sunflower seeds, cotton seeds, tea seeds, Tung seeds and etc.

Main parts of oil pretreatment
1. Leaching Section Processing of tung seed oil machine :
(1) The material (for pretreatment) is sent to rotary extraction by the scraper conveyor. The material will extracted by the solvent or mix oil. After this step, we will get meal and mix oil.
(2) Meal is sent to toaster. Through the toaster, the solvent in the meal will separate from the meal. The solvent goes to condenser and is recycled to rotary extraction.
(3) After the mix oil from the rotary extraction enters into 1st evaporator and 2nd evaporator, most of the solvent in the mix oil is separated.
(4) The mix oil from 2nd evaporator goes to stripping tower and almost all the solvent is separated. From the stripping tower, we can get crude oil and solvent. The solvent is sent to condenser and is recycled to rotary extraction.
2. Refining Section of tung seed oil machine
The main processing of corn oil making machine

1. Deacidification tank, used for acid refining, alkali refining and hydration
2. Bleaching pot, used for removing off pigments, bleaching oils and grease dehydrate
3. Deodorization pot, used for removing fatty acid and other rare delicacy high efficiently
4. Conduction oil heater, used for providing the heat energy
5. The vacuum pump, used for providing vacuum for bleaching, deodorization which can reach 755mmHg or more
6. Air compressor, used for drying bleaching earth
7. Pressure filter, used for filtering bleaching earth
8. Steam jet ejector pump, providing steam for Deodorization and distillation
At last these kinds of corn oil making machine make the oil reach the standard level national edible oil.

Vibrating Sieve: By means of Vibrating Sieve, the larger and smaller size impurities in corn germ are removed out.
Soften pot:
Flaking
Flaking:Flaking means a certainty granularity of soy lamella was prepared
for flaked of about 0.3 mm, the oil of raw material can be extracted in the shortest
time and maximum, and residual oil was less than 1%.
Drying process:
The corn germ contains about 11-15% water, and the best moisture for leaching process is 7-9%, therefore, there must be effective drying means to achieve the best leaching moisture.Adopting counter-current dryer can make water and temperature meet with follow-up process requirements, and improve the oil yield, as well as oil quality.
Cooking:
by means of flat bottomed cooker, the material are heated, to improve the rate of oil yield.

Detailed step
(1) Pump crude oil into refining tank and heat with conduction oil, and the temperature will reach about 70°C-80°C after one hour. Add acid or alkali to separate according to the acid value. After one hour's processing and 4-6 hours deposit, then convey soap stock to storage tank.
(2)Pump refined oil into decoloring tank. When it is up to 90-110°c after one hour's heating, add clay into tank for 20min's processing. Then separate clay and oil with filter.
(3)Put discolored oil into deodorization tank with vacuum pump. Heat and process with steam for odor removal. After filtering, you will get final oil product.
