Introduction of coconut oil processing machine
Rotary extractor is popular for various prepressed oil cakes which has adopted a variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) drive with an adjustable rotation speed. A chain transmission imparts smooth, reliable operation. The fixedplate grid is made of stainless steel. Its precision 18cell design and transverse plate grid prevents concentrated miscella from flowing to incorrect chambers. The loop extractor, however adopts a chain driving system. This kind of solvent extractor ensures less power consumption, less maintenance, and reduces noise. The rotation speed of loop extractor can be adjusted automatically according to incoming oilseed's quantity to ensure that the bin level is stable. This will help to form micro negativepressure in the extractor to prevent the escape of solvent gas.

Functions of main parts
Miscella Vacuum Evaporation Process:
The liquid from the extractor is the miscella containing grease and oil, which can be separated out according their different vaporization temperatures. Our company mainly uses vacuum evaporation technology, and it can reduce solvent leakage and consumption. The separated solvent vapour is cooled and recycled back to the extractor for reuse, which can improve the solvent efficiency.
Vacuum Evaporation Advantages:
- Vacuum evaporation features high efficiency, thorough desolvation and low solvent consumption in crude oil.
- Use the second steam of desolventizer toaster and remaining steam from steam jet pump as the heat source of the first steam, which can save energy, reduce the condenser configuration area and save investment.
- Due to the low temperature of the steam, the crude oil features light color, good quality and low residual solvent.
Wet Meal Desolventizing Process :

Desolventizer toaster is the key equipment for wet meal desolventizing and passivation of antinutritional factors in the meal. Under the guidance of many years' of practice, our company has developed the new high efficiency desolventizer toaster, which sets desolventizing, drying and cooling in one, with simple operation, stable product quality
Desolventizer toaster advantages:
- Passivate and damage the antinutritional components such as the urea enzyme and trypsin in the meal, and improve meal value in use.
- Control the protein denaturation degree in the meal , and improve the NSI index effectively.
- It can better regulate the color, flavor and taste of the meal.
- It can better reduce residual solvent in the meal and regulate the meal moisture, so as to guarantee the minimum solvent consumption and safe use of the meal.
