Other major specialty oils are obtained from Almond, Avocado, Cashew, Grapeseed, Jatropha, Pecan, Pine, Shea, and Walnut. There are literally hundreds of other seeds and nuts that are available regionally around the world.

Plant Seed and Animal Oils and Fats have impurities such as Moisture, Solids (Insolubles), Gums (Lecithins), Free-Fatty Acids (FFA), Waxes, and Compounds of Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, and other metals. These impurities must be removed to improve the functionality of the oils. Other characteristics of oils (such as Color, odor, and taste) are also considered impurities by modern consumers. These impurities are removed in a series of steps such as degumming (to remove gums), neutralizing (to remove FFA), bleaching (to remove color), deodorizing (to remove odor and taste), and dewaxing or winterization (to remove waxes).

 1) Weighing: Material is firstly stored in buffer tank which is for adjusting the material seed flow. By means of weighter the processed

Material is weighted and the imputing quantity is accumulated.

 2) Leaning and Impurities separating: By means of Vibrating Sieve the larger and smaller size impurities in material are removed out.

 3) Gravity De-stoner & Magnetic Separating: some impurities which are as almost same size as material are still mixed in material,but as their gravity or nature properties are different, by means of Gravity De-stoner and Magnetic Separator, the heavy stone and ferric impurities are separated out from material.

 4) Crushing & De-hulling: In order to increase protein content in Meal, the de-hulling process is very significant. De-hulling system is composed of Cracking by two Crushing Mill which breaks material into small pieces, and twice separating by Aspirators which separates Hull out from Meal.

 5) Flaking: Flaking Machine is adopted for flaking Meat into thin Flake, during which cell tissue is destroyed.

 6) Pressing: Making the material have the suitable thickness to convient extraction or improve the oil yield.
