High manufacturing ability for cotton seed press oil expeller
1. Cotton Oil Extraction Process
Before oil leaching, require different mechanical processing, heat treatment and conditioning treatment known as pretreatment. Cotton seed pretreatment includes: cleaning, shelling, kernel husk separation, flaking, cooking, pre pressing, cooling etc.processes. the flow is following:
Shell Shell
Cottonseed→Cleaning →Double roll sheller→ Kernel shell separation sieve→Binocular round screen →Shell warehouse→Packagekernel Kernel to Flaking → Cooking →Pre pressing →Cooling →Extraction
2.Main Process:
Cleaning process: winnowing, magnetic separation
Dehulling
This machine is made up of feeding device, magnetic separation, breaker roll(double roll), Roller spacing adjustmentdevice, drive mechanism and engine base and so on. This machine of cotton seed processing has high capacity, small footprint, low power consumption, easy to operate, shelling high efficiency. Rate of Shelling is more than 95%.
Shell and kernel separator
After the Processing of shelling, a mixture will be got, including without broken oilseeds, the seed kernels and crust,and these mixture will be separate quickly. Kernel will be into softening or flaking procedure, crust go into the workhouse or package, the complete seed will be separated again.
Flaking process
Flaking means a certainty granularity of soy lamella was prepared for flaked of about0.3 mm, the oil of raw material can be extracted in the shortest time and maximum, and residual oil was less than 1%.
Pre pressing Process
Adopt the Prepress machine 202, squeeze out some oil from the high oil content in seeds, then the meal will be sen to extraction plant. Dry meal is loose but not broken, it is easy to solvent penetration, Residual oil rate is low, Low operating cost
Oil filter
Separate the impurities and the oil by Clarification tank, through the vertical leaf filler to filter clean.
