A. Cottonseed Pretreatment process of cotton oil project
Before oil leaching, require different mechanical processing,
heat treatment and conditioning treatment known as pretreatment.
Cotton seed pretreatment of cotton oil project includes:
cleaning, shelling, kernel husk separation, flaking, cooking, pre pressing, cooling cesses.
the flow is following:
Cotten seed → Metering→Winnowing → Husking→Flaking→cook→Pressing
→Cake to solvent extraction workshop and Crude oil to refining workshop
Cotton seed oil press Process
Adopt the Prepress machine 202, squeeze out some oil from the high oil content in seeds, then the meal will be send to extraction plant.
Dry meal is loose but not broken, it is easy to solvent penetration,
Residual oil rate is low, Low operating cost
B.Cotton seed oil extraction process :
cotton seed cake→Extraction→Wet meal→Evaporation→Cooling→Product meal packing

Mixed oil→Filter→Negative pressure evaporation → Crude oil
↓
Solvent recovery
