Application of virgin coconut oil extracting machine
It uses the world-class advanced hydraulic system, and the power source is ultrahigh pressure combined hydraulic pimp station. The most high working pressure can reach 63Mpa. The cake surface unit pressure can be up to 60 MPa, which doubles the pressure of the national standard.
Our oil press has the advantages of high pressure, high oil yield, compact structure and controlled heating. Besides, it is not only highly efficient and energy saving, but also environmental friendly and clean. It is easy and safe to operate the oil press, which dramatically reduces labor intensity. It can be widely used in the pressing of oil plants such as sesame, soybean, peanut, flax, walnut kernel, tea seed, almond kernel and pine nut(removing the peel will get better effect).
Working Principle virgin coconut oil extracting machine
1:Open the cover, put the materials into barrel, put the pressure pad onto the materials and close the cover.
2:Start hydraulic oil press and run for 5-10mins without materials preheating the machine .
3:After 8-12mins open the cover, the residue cake comes out automatically, take it out.
