Castor oil different from the other plants, the viscosity is high, therefore the refining conditions are more severe than ordinary vegetable oil.

Meal→Leacher→Mixed oil evaporation→Stream stripping→Crude oil

Refining 

 Crude oil→Degum→Deacidify→Wash→Dry decoloring→Filtration→Refined oil

Tips: Phospholipid content in castor oil less (0.3%), it is generally refining method of hydration, but directly alkali refining

Packed by the protect film inner, water-repellent plastic outside. The wood packing is necessary if send by less than a container.  Cold press castor oil machine will fixed by steel rope in the container.
