Castor is one of the world's top 10 oil and 4 large non-edible oil crops, the only source of castor oil acid, castor oil acid content contain 88%-90%.

Castor oil different from the other plants, the viscosity is high, therefore the refining conditions are more severe than ordinary vegetable oil.

Castor bean→Cleaning→Castor kernel→Cracking→conditioning→flaking

Cold oil pressing

Castor bean→Cleaning→Castor kernel→Cracking→Soften→Flaking→Cold pressing→Crude oil

Extraction process

Meal→Leacher→Mixed oil evaporation→Stream stripping→Crude oil

 Meal    ←             Wet  meal        →           Condensation

                             Desolventizing                       (solvent)

Refining 

 Crude oil→Degum→Deacidify→Wash→Dry decoloring→Filtration→Refined oil

Tips: Phospholipid content in castor oil less (0.3%), it is generally refining method of hydration, but directly alkali refining

Packed by the protect film inner, water-repellent plastic outside. The wood packing is necessary if send by less than a container.  Cold press castor oil machine will fixed by steel rope in the container. Make sure it is in good condition when arrived destination.Besides,if you have the special request,we will try our best to meet your needs.
