The series family-brewing beer fermenting tank is designed according to the requirements to hygiene in food industry.It is made of imported high quality stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316L etc.).Mirror polishing is adopted inside the tank body.All the connections adopt round corner transitional welding,which are free of dead corner and are easy to be cleaned.

1. Used as storage and fermentation tank in wine, dairy etc industries.
2. Applicable in the field of food, juice, pharmaceutical, chemical and biological fields.
3 Volume from 100L-30000L, could be customized according to customer needs.
4 Material use sanitary stainless steel.
5 Three layer structure: Inner body, Jacketed and isolation. Isolation layer filled with insulation material.
6 Inner wall fineness less than 0.6μm, outside finish could be matt or mirror polish.
7 Conical bottom shape, cooling jacketed could adopt dimple jacketed, arched and corrugated access jacketed.
8 All pipes are all ISO or DIN sanitary pipe, internal and external adopt food grade mirror polish.
9 PLC control system, which could achieve automatic, semi-automatic control, to ensure the accurately and effectively of parameters and experimental results.
