Working principle

XH valve is operated through a hand wheel,which gradually adjusts the conic valve plug and locks the valve plug at the proper position with the bolt.Dismountable parts on the valve are very few and with simples structures,which ensures the relibaility of the valve's opeartions and easy for uninstalls.

Standard designs

Material of valve body and valve lever with plug:

stainless steel AISI 316L or 304

Surface treatment of inner/outer side of the valve body:sandblasting polishing.

Valve lever:enforced chrome-plating treatment on the valve levers.

Material of valve wheel:stainless steel AISI 304

Standard valve is not mounted with pope fittings.Valve plug course:28mm.

Vale body,clip,lip seal and valve plug seal are same with those of XH-A valves.

Optional configuration equipment

a.Choose screw thread or clip gasket according to needed standard.

b.Asepsis valve (XH-R) is equipped with diaphragm sealed valve lever.

c.Stainless steel valve plate can be used instead of lip seal.
