Description
Tilting-type sandwich pot consist of pot body, support, worm wheel, worm etc. the pot body can turn round within 1800. This equipment is open-top one and mainly used for decoction and concentration of the feed liquid in the fields as pharmaceutical, food, chemical and light industry etc. the parts that in touch with the matters are made of stainless steel SUS304, anti-corrosion, durable, accorded with GMP standard, in addition, it can be equipped with a mixing device on users’ request.

The material of this machine is good quality stainless steel, we can also make it half-stainless steel, that is just the inner pot is ss.
There are two types of the jacketed cooking kettle, one is tilting type, the cooking pot can rooling in 360 degree angle. The other type is vertical kettle, the pot will be fixed and can not tilt. With the tileting type kettle, you can discharge the material automatically.
The machine is widely applied in candy, fruit jam, pastry, dairy products, liquor processing, etc. it can also be used to cooking, fricassee, making porridge and so on.
There are many advantages of the machine, such as the large heating area, high thermal efficiency, evenly heating, short boiling time, heating temperaure is easy to control and so on.
The material mixing form adopts scraping the bottom, scrapingthe edge, non-stick pan, no stir dead angle, stirring evenly. The machine meets the require of healthy and hygiene, with complete accessory, nice appearance, easy to install and operate, safety and durable.
